IN STORE POLICIES:

 

Return/Exchange Policy:

 

Your satisfaction with your jewellery purchase is very important to us. If, however, you decide to return your purchase, merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 10 days of original purchase, or issued an exchange or store credit within 30 days of original purchase. The item(s) can be exchanged for anything of equal or higher value.

All items must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, in original packaging and accompanied with the original receipt of sale, or it will not be eligible for a return or exchange. All items will be subjected to an inspection before any refund or exchange is processed, and shall be at the sole discretion of Forest of Jewels. 

Special orders and custom made jewellery are final sales and not eligible for a refund or exchange.

For gift returns, we will issue an exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by a gift receipt. Any returned items that were purchased through our layaway plan or with a gift certificate will be refunded as a store credit only.

 

 

ONLINE STORE POLICIES:

 

1) Shipping

Forest of Jewels does NOT ship internationally. Shipping is ONLY available within North America.

All online orders within Canada will have an estimated delivery between 7 and 10 business days. All online orders within the United States will have an estimated delivery between 10 and 14 days.

If the order includes an item that is backordered or qualifies as a special order, you will be contacted by phone or email, confirming the estimated delivery time. Confirmation of the buyer will be required to proceed with the order.

 

2) Return Policy

Under no circumstance will a return or exchange be accepted if the merchandise is in less than re-sellable condition. All items must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, in original packaging and accompanied with the original receipt of sale, or it will not be eligible for a return or exchange. We reserve the right to have all major stones inspected before a refund is authorized.

Prior to a return, please contact us to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). 

Online items purchased can be returned for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of the order. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Special orders and custom made jewellery are final sales and not refundable.

Please contact us if the merchandise received has been damaged or is not in appropriate condition.
